郷土劇場 芸能の広場

郷土劇場誕生当時、放送時間はいつも銭湯が空っぽだった！ 立法議院選挙の演説会は番組放送時間を回避した。
郷土劇場は沖縄の肝心（ちむぐくる）、沖縄アイデンティティーを60年以上に亘って守り伝え続けてきた。
基本コンセプトは郷土芸能文化の継承発展。郷土芸能文化の核は肝心（ちむぐくる）、志情（しなさき）です。
全国のテレビ局の中でも、レギュラー番組で方言の番組を編成している局は極めて異例。
1959年11月の開局の翌年に水曜劇場として放送を開始し、2025年2月20日には満65年を迎えました。皇室アルバムと並び日本一の長寿番組です。

Kyodo (Motherland) Gekijo (Theater), a programme by Okinawa Television (OTV), aspires to pass on and preserve the Okinawa traditional performing arts, and Okinawa chimu gukuru (compassion) and our identity. It has been aired over 65 years, the longest show in Japan that is produced in the local language.

郷土劇場　「片思い」：大伸座
 
【あらすじ】
ある村の蒲太とウサ小はお互い小さい頃に片親を亡くし、蒲太のアンマー（母）は女手一つ、ウサ小のスー（父）は男手一つで子供を育ててきた。
そんなある日、蒲太のアンマーがウサ小の家を覗き見していると村中で噂になり、どうやらウサ小のスー（父）に恋心を抱いていたのだ。
一方、蒲太も実はウサ小に思いを寄せており、アンマーとウサ小のスーが結ばれたら自分の恋が実るのではと考え、二人の距離を縮めようと画策するが…。
蒲太とウサ小、そして彼らのアンマーとスーの恋の行方は―。　人情劇「片思い」どうぞお楽しみに。

[Story of Unrequited Love]

Kamata and Usagwa live in a village. Both lost one of their parents when they were young, and Kamata’s mother raised them alone, while Usagwa’s father raised them alone.
One day, rumors spread throughout the village that Kamata’s mother had been spying on Usagwa’s house. It turns out that Kamata’s mother had been in love with Usagwa’s father.
Meanwhile, Kamata is actually in love with Usagwa, and thinks that if his mother and Usagwa’s father get together, his love will come true, so he plots to bring the two closer together.
What will become of the love between Kamata and Usagwa, and their mother and father?

郷土劇場　「三村踊り」：大伸座
 
【あらすじ】
那覇に住む美しい娘、チル小の噂をきき、自分の嫁にしようと、糸満・小禄・北谷の三村の男が那覇に出向きます。
場所もわからず困っているところ、通りがかりの那覇の男へ事情を話し助けてもらいます。
なんとかチル小の家にたどりついた3人の青年は、チル小を嫁にするため腕相撲などで対決するも、なかなか決められません。
そこからどうなるのか？　喜劇「三村踊り」どうぞお楽しみに。

[Story of Mimura Dance]
Hearing rumors about a beautiful girl named Chirugwa who lives in Naha, three men from the three villages of Itoman, Oroku and Chatan head to Naha hoping to make her their bride.
Not knowing where to go and in a difficult position, they explain their situation to a man from Naha who happens to be passing by and he helps them out.
The three young men somehow make it to Chirugwa’s house and compete in arm wrestling and other games to make Chirugwa their bride, but they just can’t decide.
What will happen next? Please enjoy the comedy “Mimura Dance.”
